Booking Terms
Arrival Time: 00.00 – 14.00
Departure Time: 12.00
30% deposit. Upon completion of the deposit, you will be sent an email informing you of the amount and all the details of the reservation.
Payment method. Deposit / Bank Transfer.
Cancellation
Up to 20 days before arrival, the deposit is refundable
20 – 7 days before arrival 50% of the total booking is paid
6 – 3 days before arrival, 75% of the total reservation is paid
48 hours before arrival, or no-show on the scheduled arrival date, 100% of the total booking will be charged
In case of early departure, 50% of the total stay will be charged for the days canceled.
Materials
Flammable materials, explosives and other chemicals dangerous to the environment are not allowed in the accommodation.
Appliances
Irons, hobs, electric heaters and other heating or cooking units are not allowed in the rooms.
Guests
Guests are not allowed in the rooms without prior notice and check-in at reception.
Pets
Our accommodation accepts pets upon request. Please contact us.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited inside our rooms as well as in all public enclosed areas of the accommodation.
